Organoleptic Sheet

This wine presents itself with an intense amber color, enriched by coppery reflections that make it visually captivating. The bouquet is broad and inviting, with notes of ripe fruit harmoniously blending with hints of toasted orange peels and aromatic nuances of sage and mint. On the palate, the same sensations of ripe fruit and toasted oranges emerge, enhanced by a complex balance of sage and mint, giving the wine a unique fullness and richness. It is perfectly balanced and adapts beautifully to different serving temperatures: between 12 and 14°C, it pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses, desserts, and dry pastries; at a higher temperature, between 18 and 20°C, it reveals itself as an excellent meditation wine, ideal for moments of contemplation and relaxation.
