From the small stone staircase adjacent to the parking, you can lead to the terrace that includes duchene, barbecue, stove, wide washbasin and work zone, laundry, table and chair on completion. The terrace is protected and shaded by a wide shed of canes. A variety of jasmine in ancient Burgio’s jars, gives to the context an additional joy and vitality touch.

From the terrace there is one of the two entrances; the access is directly on the wide and beautiful suite – with vaulted ceiling and floor completely handmade – composed by a comfortable king size bed with memory foam mattress in addition to the electrically adjustable slats that allow a comfortable and relaxing seat as a chaise longue. In front of the bed a big window that overlooks on a unique landscape on the sea, the garden, the vineyard and the Tunisian coasts…”A POSTCARD”. There are two small alcoves as nightstand and a long shelf houses a Sicilian library and a selection of CD at the disposal of the guests. The coffee table and the two liberty armchairs have been thought for a romantic and private breakfast. The fireplace, moreover, allow to enjoy also the winter nights wrapped in a “warm hug”.

Two crannies thought and realized as a closet, a commode in walnut of the 1600 of Sicilian-Spanish manufacture and a poor art Sicilian chest complete the arrangement of the linen.

The relax zone is composed by a precious stereo system both for the music and Dvd vision; TV is connected to a satellite system. The bathroom with shower is in white pastella cement with little typical crannies that constitute and promote the comfort of the habitat.

Una seconda camera matrimoniale, con ingresso indipendente, con bagno è dotata di letto con reti motorizzate, nicchie, cassettone siciliano dell’800 e tv.
La cucina è perfettamente organizzata, abitabile, fornita di elettrodomestici di ultima generazione. La credenza rivisitata in celeste, con il tavolo e sedie antiche siciliane fanno da sfondo all’assoluto design tecnologico. Dalla cucina si accede ad una seconda terrazza con duchene e da questa al giardino di erbe aromatiche. Questo spazio esterno è adibito a solarium e consta di doccia esterna, chaise longue e tavolino. La sera consigliamo di usufruire degli spazi esterni per gustare il nostro passito Lebeg e il nostro vino bianco secco Shuruq godendo del fantastico cielo terso e stellato.

Dal solarium si estendono per tutta la proprietà i vigneti di uva zibibbo, capperi e ulivi secolari; un camminamento li attraversa conducendoci alla bellissima piscina con spiaggette e alla grande zona solarium attrezzata di sdraio e tavolini.
Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e la piscina nella stagione invernale è riscaldata.
