The visual appearance is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, the wine offers a bouquet of exotic fresh fruit, citrus, and Mediterranean flowers. On the palate, it is harmonious and lively, with a slight tangy note that enhances the fruity essences, making it full and delicate. The aftertaste is fresh, aromatic, and slightly pyrenic. Perfectly paired with Mediterranean appetizers, fish dishes, and grilled foods, it is also very interesting with cheeses.
